These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Space Force Stickers Plus website and your purchase of products from American Enterprises, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our store or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or place an order.
2. Products
All products offered on this site are new items. We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, images, colors, and sizing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor display settings.
All products are made-to-order and produced on demand. Production typically begins within 1–3 business days of order placement.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the full order amount to your selected payment method.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders may be cancelled prior to production. Once production has begun, cancellations are not accepted. You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement of your order.
5. Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled from multiple manufacturing locations. Shipping times and costs vary by product type and destination. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
All returns, exchanges, and refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not accept returns for size differences. Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or misprinted items only, subject to RMA approval.
7. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs — is the property of American Enterprises, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.
US Space Force insignia, rank designations, and related imagery are used under an official trademark license granted by the United States Space Force. American Enterprises, LLC is an authorized licensee for the production and sale of US Space Force branded merchandise.
8. Accuracy of Information
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. This includes pricing, product descriptions, and availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Enterprises, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
This site and its products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Collin County, Texas.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact us directly at SpaceForceStickersMIP@gmail.com to attempt an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies as permitted under applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
